Wholesale Program.

By applying for and maintaining a wholesale account with VapeOutlet.co.za, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility & Account Approval

• Wholesale accounts are available only to registered businesses operating in South Africa, including: Brick-and-mortar vape stores, Online vape retailers, Resellers.
• A minimum order value of R3500 per order is required. Orders below this value will not be processed.
• All applications are subject to approval. We may request additional business verification documents.

2. Order & Payment Requirements

• Wholesale orders must be placed at least once every 60 days to maintain wholesale status.
• Payments must be made using one of the following options: Payflex, OZOW.
• All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Free economy delivery is provided on all wholesale orders.
• Express delivery is available for a fixed fee.
• Delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability.

4. Account Downgrade & Termination

• Failure to meet the minimum order frequency of one order every 60 days will result in your wholesale account being downgraded to a standard retail account.
• If your business no longer qualifies under the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to revoke or downgrade your wholesale status.

5. Product Resale & Pricing Policy

• Wholesale customers are responsible for setting their own retail prices but must not misrepresent VapeOutlet.co.za products.
• VapeOutlet.co.za reserves the right to refuse orders if there is any suspicion of unauthorized reselling or brand misrepresentation.

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of a wholesale account implies acceptance of any revised terms.
