Wholesale Program.

By applying for and maintaining a wholesale account with VapeOutlet.co.za, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility & Account Approval

• Wholesale accounts are available only to registered businesses operating in South Africa, including: Brick-and-mortar vape stores, Online vape retailers, Resellers.
• All applications are subject to approval. We may request additional business verification documents.

2. Order & Payment Requirements

• There is no minimum order value for wholesale purchases.
• However, to maintain an active wholesale account, you must place at least one order over R3500 every 60 days.
• Payments must be made using one of the following options: Payflex, OZOW.
• All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Free standard delivery is available for orders over R3500.
• Orders under R3500 will be subject to a R99 shipping charge.
• Express delivery is available for a fixed fee of R150.
• Delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability.

4. Account Downgrade & Termination

• If you fail to place at least one order over R3500 every 60 days, your wholesale account will be downgraded to a standard retail account.
• If your business no longer qualifies under the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to revoke or downgrade your wholesale status.

5. Product Resale & Pricing Policy

• Wholesale customers are responsible for setting their own retail prices but must not misrepresent VapeOutlet.co.za products.
• VapeOutlet.co.za reserves the right to refuse orders if there is any suspicion of unauthorized reselling or brand misrepresentation.

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of a wholesale account implies acceptance of any revised terms.
