Shipping, Lead Times & Surcharges

We ship nationwide within South Africa using trusted courier partners. Standard delivery starts from R 99.00, with surcharges for high-risk and remote areas. Free express shipping is available on eligible retail orders over R 1,500 (excluding high-risk and remote areas).

Shipping costs & lead times

We charge a flat rate starting from R 99.00 for shipping orders within South Africa. Orders placed by 09:00 (Mon - Fri) are typically dispatched by 11:30 the same day. Orders placed after 09:00 are dispatched by the end of the same day (excluding Fridays, weekends and public holidays which will be shipped the next business day).

We use external courier partners. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the indicated time frames once payment is received.
Vape Outlet is not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, operational backlogs, adverse weather, strikes, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other events beyond our control.
High-risk and remote areas may incur additional surcharges and do not qualify for free shipping.
Free express shipping applies to eligible retail orders over R 1,500 and excludes high-risk and remote areas.
