Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Vape Outlet is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Vape Outlet will refund the client in full within 14 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee. The client will be liable for the cost of returning the goods.
Warranty policy
If the goods are found to be defective within 60 minutes of receiving, please submit a claim.
